Caravan Counseling

I have a private office in Chicago located within North Shore Baptist Church at 5244 N. Lakewood Ave, Chicago, IL  60640. The entrance is marked "Chapel" on one side and "Counseling Center" on the other side of the door on the far southeast corner of the building, facing Lakewood Ave.  An intercom is provided for times when the door is locked.  Please ring the bell on your first visit and I will meet you at the door and show you to my office. 

The building sits on the southwest corner of Lakewood and Berwyn Ave, just a few blocks west of Edgewater's Berwyn station on the Red Line El train. There is ample street parking and no meters or residential restrictions.

There is a wheelchair entrance by the building's main office doors. Let me know if you are using those doors and I can meet you there. Please let me know if you need additional assistance or more information.
